Dilston is a London based Executive Search firm focused on global equity markets. The firm was established with a core focus of providing global investment banks, brokers and asset managers with bespoke hiring solutions & market intelligence across the equities space.

TEAM

Olly MacAndrew has over fifteen years equity recruitment experience, completing numerous hires across the UK, Continental Europe, Asia and the US. During that time, his central expertise has remained cash equities; working extensively with global banks but also investors and corporates. Before founding Dilston, Olly was an Equities Headhunter at both the Omerta Group (2014 – 2020) and Pelham International (2006 – 2014). He began his career with HSBC Investments having graduated from Bristol University.

Diana Blacker joined Dilston in 2024 to oversee research and infrastructure. She spent the majority of her career as a US Technology Analyst in the fund management industry; initially with Henderson Global Investors before joining Polar Capital at inception. She graduated from Durham University in 2000.
